Growth + Marketing
The Pages
One place for where every page stands, the creative we need from you, and the shot list per page. These are landing pages, not product pages. Each one is a distinct funnel around a single offer. Every page follows the same rules: one offer, sell the outcome, proof up top, real imagery and video, one sticky call to action.
All-packs funnel
Live · QC'd desktop + mobileOne page for every sport pack, anchored by sport, each with an entry offer and the Gel Pack upsell. Creative wired, offers live.
Open the page →Storytelling PDP
Live · QC'd desktop + mobileA long-form scroll that tells the race-fueling story end to end. The October A/B against the all-packs page.

Bundle quiz
BuiltThe guided version. Answer a few questions, get a curated box.
Quiz funnel
Built, on the live theme"Find your fuel," specific to SiS gels. Offer A is a single gel, Offer B is the pack.
Super-pack (single athlete)
Building nowA dedicated funnel for one athlete's signature pack. One athlete, one story, one offer, built off the Athlete Packs buy box.
Buying guide
Building nowA fuel-by-the-hour guide with filters, walking through what each gel is for.
Seasonal guide
Building nowA gift-guide landing page for the holiday push, grouped by athlete and price.
Every page and its offer
The offer, price or hook and status for each landing page, plus the live offer sheet and the super-pack test.

Two things worth setting expectations on, so the numbers read right as they land.
The funnel we can see
Shopify shows these pages converting near 100 percent, which is misleading. Checkout lives on thefeed.com, so add-to-cart leaves our domain and Shopify counts the session as converted. We track sessions, add to cart, and reach-checkout instead. A healthy add-to-cart here is roughly 7.5 to 12.5 percent. PostHog is live on store.thefeed.com, which closes the cross-domain gap.
More funnels, more shots
Right now the work is building new funnels, not tuning one page. A/B testing starts next month through Intelligems once these first pages have data: offer tests, creative tests, button tests, our funnels against the current pages. The goal is new customer acquisition, not lifting the conversion rate of one audience on one PDP.
Creative + Shot Lists
Where creative goes, what each page needs, and how to deliver it.
One Google Drive folder per page. Drop shots in the matching folder, and each one holds the creative-needed list for that page.
What each page needs, mapped to the image slots already built in. Treat it as a shot list. Nothing here is extra.
Product gallery, every product page. On top of the slots below, each PDP and offer page needs 5 to 6 gallery slides in the Dream Shot and Nomio style: a mix of lifestyle and graphic-lifestyle-with-text-overlay (benefit callouts). These replace the product's default Shopify shots, and they go in the same page folder. No separate folder.
Two separate products, so each needs its own full set.
- 1 + 1Hero, desktop and mobile (mobile is full-bleed, portrait crop)
- up to 6Product gallery, front, label, in-use, detail, lifestyle, texture
- 1 + 1The problem and How it feels, the before and the payoff
- 6Ingredients, one photo per key ingredient, consistent styling
- 3Ambassadors, athlete video thumbnails (plus the short clips if available)
- 4 to 6UGC, real customer and athlete photos
- 1Supplement facts, clean panel image
Editorial format. The hero also works as a full-background image with a headline over it, so leave clean negative space.
- 1 + 1Editorial hero, desktop and mobile, clean space for a headline
- 2 to 4In-article images, product in context, hands, lifestyle
- autoProduct card, uses the product image automatically
- 1Hero background, wide lifestyle shot of gels laid out or in use, reads behind text with an overlay
- checkGel pack shots, confirm every gel in the bundle has a clean product image. That builds the grid, Coach's Picks, and quiz results
Image-led, the same treatment as the Dream Shot and Nomio galleries. The gallery currently pulls each pack product's own shots, and we want to swap those for real per-pack creative: a mix of lifestyle and graphic-lifestyle-with-text-overlay, one set per pack.
- 1Hero, one strong athlete shot or short clip for the right side of the split.
- 3-4 / packPack gallery, a mix of lifestyle (the athlete for that sport) and graphic lifestyle with a text overlay (benefit callouts). One set per pack: runner, triathlete, cyclist, ultrarunner, hybrid. Same style as the Dream Shot and Nomio galleries. These replace the product's default shots.
- 2Statement images, action shots that flank "most races are lost in the last hour."
- 1Runner band, one wide athlete shot for the lifestyle band.
- 4Buy-box UGC, square customer or athlete photos under the offer.
The long-form scroll version. It reuses the pack and lifestyle creative above, and adds a handful of slots of its own. Live and editable now, running on placeholders until these land.
- 1Hero, one strong athlete shot for the right side of the split (shared with the all-packs hero).
- 3Three-reasons photos, landscape shots for the "guesswork, time, cost" row.
- 1Systems image, a portrait pack or splash shot between the two fueling-system cards.
- 3Comparison thumbs, small shots for build-it-yourself, Amazon, and the local shop columns.
- 4Reviews, vertical athlete video clips or stills for the reviews row.
- 1Press photo, a wide athlete or team shot beside the press quotes.
- 4Closing lifestyle, vertical shots for the final "fuel your race" band.
- 1FAQ image, a portrait lifestyle shot beside the questions.
Built from your Foundation gallery, so almost nothing is needed. Reviews come in through Okendo on our side.
- autoProduct and lifestyle, the hero video, five reason images, and the pouch and box shots all pull from your Foundation gallery
- 0Reviews, wired through Okendo on our side, no action needed
- optionalFresh lifestyle, send newer Foundation shots and we will swap them into the reason bands
Guided quiz down to a single gel or the pack. Square shots read best in the quiz steps and the result card.
- 1Hero background, wide SiS gels lifestyle, reads behind text with an overlay
- 4 to 6Quiz step and result, square flavor and in-use shots, 1200 × 1200
- checkFlavor pack shots, every SiS flavor in the quiz needs a clean product image
Single-athlete super pack, built off the storytelling structure. Reuses the athlete and lifestyle creative, and needs the one pack shot.
- 1Super-pack product shot, the all-in-one pack. Eli is syncing this to the Shopify media library.
- reuseHero and lifestyle, shared with the Athlete Packs creative.
- 5 to 6Gallery, lifestyle and text-overlay value-adds, same style as Dream Shot and Nomio.
Fuel-by-the-hour guide with filters. The list fills from each gel's own pack shot.
- 1Hero, one wide gels-in-use lifestyle shot.
- 2 to 3In-use, athletes taking gels mid-effort.
- checkGel pack shots, a clean product image for every gel in the guide.
Seasonal guide grouped by athlete and price. The shot list firms up once the assortment is set.
- 1Hero, holiday lifestyle or a gift-set flatlay.
- TBDGift-set shots, one per bundle once the assortment is confirmed.
